The website is operated by Beyond Cloud Ltd, a private company limited by shares incorporated in Mauritius, trading as Beyond Cloud (“we”, “us”). They cover the website only: any work we do for you is covered by a separate quote and agreement.

Use the website lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not try to gain unauthorised access to it, disrupt it, introduce malicious code, impersonate anyone or misuse our contact details.

Rights in the text, design, logo and other material on this website belong to their respective owners. You may view the website and make copies for your own use in considering our services. Any other use needs permission. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each client agreement.
4. Prices, information and demos
Our service descriptions and prices explain what we offer; the written quote you approve sets the actual scope and price. If you spot a mistake, tell us and we will correct it. The demos use fictional businesses: they do not place orders, book appointments, issue invoices or give professional advice.
5. Other services and links
Email and WhatsApp links open services run by others, under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for those services.
6. Availability
We may change the website or take it offline for maintenance, technical problems or reasons outside our control. It is not an emergency service, so please do not rely on it for urgent or time-sensitive needs.
